What Incoterms options do you support?
We support FOB (Port of Istanbul / Ambarli), CIF (delivered to your destination sea port or airport), and DDP (Delivered Duty Paid — complete customs clearance and delivery to your office door).
How does speech privacy sound insulation compare to drywall?
Our modular cabins achieve 42–45 dB sound reduction under ISO 23351-1 testing. Unlike traditional drywall partitions which leak sound through HVAC ducts and ceiling plenums, Lucia pods are fully sealed acoustic envelopes with double-glazed acoustic laminated glass and labyrinth air silencers.
What are the payment terms for international export orders?
Standard export terms are 50% deposit upon proforma invoice confirmation to initiate factory production, and 50% balance prior to container dispatch against Bill of Lading (B/L) and certified inspection photos/videos. Irrevocable Letter of Credit (L/C at sight) is accepted for bulk fleet orders exceeding 5 units.
Can our local facility team assemble the pods easily?
Yes. Every pod comes with step-by-step 3D assembly video instructions and numbered modules. Standard phone booths (Lucia S) take approximately 60–90 minutes to assemble by 2 persons. No dust, drywall cutting, or wet construction is required.
